Our Experience Sets Us Apart
Kevin has practiced law since 2001. Upon graduating from law school, he worked as a staff attorney for the Department of Public Advocacy in McCracken County. He then became a felony prosecutor for the Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney in McCracken County, a position he held for nearly four years.
By the time he opened his own law practice in Paducah, Kevin had extensive experience handling cases before local judges and juries. Kevin's trial experience is invaluable in planning the appropriate legal strategy for his clients. He handles personal injury and criminal defense cases.
Jonathan has practiced law since 2002. He represents clients in Kentucky and Southern Illinois in all types of civil litigation, including personal injury lawsuits, trust and estate litigation, business disputes, contract disputes and construction litigation.
Jonathan practiced in Southern Illinois from 2002 through 2008. During that time, he focused his practice in personal injury, family law, general litigation and transactional work, including working for an insurance defense firm in Illinois and then continuing in the area of insurance defense litigation upon moving his practice to Paducah, Kentucky in mid-2008. His experience is immensely valuable to the firm’s clients who have been injured or who are facing other civil disputes. Jonathan has argued before the Illinois Court of Appeals, 5th District, and has authored a number of briefs to the Illinois Appellate Court, the Illinois Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals of Kentucky, the Kentucky Supreme Court, and in the federal courts, including to the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.
Amy has been licensed to practice law since 2001. Her practice has focused primarily on civil litigation in Kentucky, with experience in automobile accident litigation, premises liability litigation, personal injury litigation, and medical malpractice litigation. Amy also has experience in assisting clients in worker’s compensation and social security disability matters.
