About Kevin
The entirety of Kevin’s career has been in criminal law – both as a defense attorney and as a prosecutor. He has defended and prosecuted nearly every type of criminal case arising under Kentucky law, from DUI to felony charges, trying a large number of them to a jury, and also has extensive experience representing clients facing criminal charges in federal court.
Since 2007, Kevin has also represented clients who have been injured by the negligence of others, whether due to car wrecks, injuries suffered at a business, or injuries due to professional negligence.
Kevin leads the firm’s criminal defense section and assists with the firm’s personal injury cases and jury trials and serves as lead counsel in all criminal jury trials.
